Salmon, Shrimp, Cheesy Broccoli with Corn
Steam broccoli and corn until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and let it melt.
Sauté shrimp in butter until cooked through.
Season salmon with salt and pepper, then pan-sear until done.
Serve salmon and shrimp with cheesy broccoli and corn on the side.
Notes:
Add a squeeze of lemon juice to enhance the seafood flavors.
