Tzatziki Chicken Salad

Prepare the Cucumber:
Wrap the grated cucumber in a paper towel (or a tea towel) and gently squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Add the grated cucumber to a bowl along with the Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Prepare the Chicken:
Shred the rotisserie chicken into small, bite-size pieces.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the shredded chicken and diced red onions to the prepared sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
Serve:
Serve the Tzatziki Chicken Salad on pita bread with fresh sliced tomato and red onion, on crackers, with pita chips, or over a bed of lettuce.
Store:
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
