In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth or white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in the unsalted butter until melted and the sauce is smooth. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked catfish fillets to the skillet and spoon the garlic lemon sauce over them.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices.
