In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper. Tasting and adjusting the seasoning as necessary.
Make sure your chicken is completely cooled. Cut it into pieces and put it in bowl.
Gently add apple, cranberries and pecans.
Eat as is or serve on buns, sliced croissants, or on a slice of tomato and lettuce.
