- Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, apple juice, garlic, and ginger in a bag.
- Add ribs, seal, and marinate for at least 4 hours.
2. Grill:
- Remove ribs from marinade.
- Grill each side for about 4 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
3. Sauce:
- Boil the marinade in a saucepan until it reduces by half (about 7 minutes).
- Serve with ribs.
