Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops with Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the milk and cream, and heat until warm. Season with salt and pepper.
In the baking dish with the pork chops, layer the thinly sliced potatoes. Pour the milk mixture over the potatoes, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake:
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Remove the foil and broil for 5 minutes to brown the top.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
