Crispy Cheese Ravioli

Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Bread the Ravioli:
Dredge each ravioli in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Fry the Ravioli:
Heat about 1-2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or saucepan over medium heat until hot (350°F or 175°C).
Fry the ravioli in batches, without overcrowding the pan, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
