Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
