Classic steak and eggs

1. Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side to make it sparse or until desired donut. Remove from skillet and let rest.
3. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter, garlic and thyme, cooking until butter is melted and fragrant.
4. Break the eggs in the pan, being careful not to break the yolks. Season with salt and black pepper.. Cook until whites are established but yellows are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve the steaks with eggs on top, put a spoonful of garlic thyme butter on them.
