Cheeseburger Sliders with Homemade Pickles

Make the Homemade Pickles:
In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, dill seeds, black peppercorns, and garlic. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Place the cucumber slices in a clean jar or container, then pour the pickling liquid over the cucumbers, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.
Prepare the Sliders:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
