Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.
Toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.
Stir in the chopped parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Remove from heat and set aside.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
